Due to the current situation on the COVIC-19, for reasons of health and hygiene protection, SONIA MARINA cannot accept the return or exchange of the products except for errors in the merchandise or product tare.

In the event of a product return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, provided that the return is not due to an error in the merchandise or the defect of the product.

The deadline to return the product will be 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package by the customer.

The products you wish to return must be packaged and shipped so that they arrive in perfect condition at our warehouse.

Send us the product you want to return in its original box, make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it (if the product was accompanied by promotional material inside the box, it must be included for its return).

In no case will the product be exchanged directly.SONIA MARINA, as soon as you verify that the returned product is in perfect condition, will make the return of the amount effective, in the same way that the payment was made.

The return will be made in an integral way in case of tare or error in the shipment by SONIA MARINA. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for them. In this case, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the total purchase amount.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

At the time of delivery of the order, the Client must verify the conformity and the status of his order in the presence of the carrier and expose, where appropriate, all the qualifications and claims that may correspond in relation to the apparent defects (lack of product , damaged package, etc.). If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, inform the person delivering the products that you want to sign as "Damaged order".

If your goods are received as defective or damaged once opened, please contact us at atencionalcliente@soniamarina.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The responsibility for the risk of loss or deterioration of the purchased product will be transferred to the Client at the time the carrier delivers the same to said Client or to a third party designated by the latter.
