All shipments are leaving the warehouses of SONIA MARINA with normality.

There is the possibility of slight delays in specific areas due to the controls caused by the situation in which we find ourselves.

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Madrid Capital 12h  : 3,72 € + VAT, free shipping on orders over € 49

  • Orders placed before 12:30 are delivered the same afternoon (on weekdays).
  • Orders placed after 12:30 are delivered the next morning (on weekdays).

Peninsula 24h / 48h : 3,72 € + VAT, free shipping on orders over € 49

  • Incoming orders after 3:30 PM will ship the next day (on business days).

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (DHL Express) : 10.82 € + VAT , For orders over € 49 the cost is € 8.10 + VAT.

  • Incoming orders after 3:30 PM will ship the next day (on business days).

IMPORTANT: Sending orders to these areas is mandatory to include an identity number for customs procedures.

Baleares (DHL Express): 7.10 € + VAT, for orders over € 49 the cost is € 3.74 + VAT.

Portugal 24h / 48h : 5€ + VAT, free shipping on orders over € 49

International (DHL Express): You can check the destination rate by entering your address when ordering, shipping costs vary depending on the purchase value.

    - Shipping costs must be added to the total price of the order.
      - Please note: all shipments are tracked. If you need it, you can request a tracking code when your order leaves our warehouse at atencionalcliente@soniamarina.com in the event that you do not receive it automatically.
        - Visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order.
          - Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday except national holidays (Spain).
            - All orders placed after the collection times set in the areas will be shipped the next business day on business days.
              - Once the payment is confirmed, the Client will immediately receive and, within a maximum of 24 hours after accepting payment, an email confirming their order

              RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS

              At the time of delivery of the order, the Client must verify the conformity and the status of his order in the presence of the carrier and expose, where appropriate, all the qualifications and claims that may correspond in relation to the apparent defects (lack of product , damaged package, etc.) If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, inform the person delivering the products that you wish to sign as "received damaged".

                In this case, as soon as the Products are received, the Customer is invited to immediately contact the Customer Service with the maximum information and photographs of the damaged product.

              The risk of loss or deterioration of the Product purchased will be transmitted to the Client at the time the carrier delivers it to said Client or to a third party designated by the latter.
